A little Self-Hemployed history.

What or who IS Self-Hemployed you ask? Self-Hemployed is a free mindset/ lifestyle! Like the name suggests.. Anybody should be able to work for themselves and or sustain themselves with nature's beautiful products. The world provides us with all the tools and resources. Grown Your Own!

What started out as a hobby grew into work. Pre-Rolling Joints for Celebs & Coffeeshops, Clipping. We we're pulling jobs left and right. Anyone needed their room setup? We we're there.. The cops we're coming by tomorrow and the room needed to be empty within 12hrs? We we're there.. After working our way up slowly in Cannabis world we launched our website and made some crew shirts. Everybody was so excited about the logo and shirts we decided to have a bunch printed and giving them out to Fam.

At the 13th Cannabis Cup we entered for the first time through our friends at Chills & Thrills. the 'Original Monkey Man Wickedstick' got 18 votes, unfortunately no cigars, but no sweat. It’s out there for those who need a simple and cheap rolling device. They are actually still around in a few shops in Amsterdam. Check all the High Times Cannabis Cup 2000 Voting Results

The Crew at High Times Cannabis Cup 2001During the 14th Cannabis Cup we entered the 'Self-Hemployed t-shirt'. Again through our boys John & Steve at Grey Area. Unfortunately we have no voting results on this.. If someone does, please let us know.. We couldn’t even find it on CannabisCupWinners hehe…

Cannabis Cup 2002. The 15th cup was a ball.. The very last cup in the Pax Party House. Wolkewietje and Self-Hemployed stopped cup traffic on the third floor of Pax Party house with the Wolke Wietje Bikini Babes. The Self-Hemployed t-shirts were all over the cup thanks to our friends at G.A., Chills and Sagarmatha. We also had the pleasure of clipping the Barney's winning 'Morning Glory'. This was definitely the smallest space we've clipped in though.. Rush job for the cup. Big up to 'Crazy Man'!

On the 16th Cup Self-Hemployed presented 'The Daytripper'. In cooperation with The Sensi Seed Bank there were cruises going from the expo to the Sensi Museum Coffeeshop. Regardless of the unexpected technical difficulties it was a success and over 350 stoners were happy to take a cruise into town and back. Big up to Willy 'Knuckles' White & Biffen.

The 17th Cannabis Cup 2004. Self-Hemployed once again does boattrips from the city to the expo and back. It was truly freezing cold but yet again many of the visitors were more than happy to take the Daytripper into town. HempTV came on board, Orin Bolton(your too funny), Shiva’s Po Daddy, the Gaskin Family, Danny Danko, Ravi from Sensi Seeds, Luc from Paradise Seeds, Sidney from Ceres Seeds, Captain Joint, Uncle Stoner, other Hightimes crew and many other happy Cannabis Cup stoners. It was a good boat year.
